Penetration tests are timed around your systems and change windows, so we agree dates on the scoping call. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

How quickly will you reply?
We aim to reply within one working day, whether you contact us by form, email or phone. If you complete the Cyber Essentials scoping questionnaire, an assessor reviews your answers and we send a fixed quote once your scope is confirmed.
Is the first consultation free?
Yes. The first consultation is free. We use it to confirm the right standard, scope and route to compliance before you commit to anything.
Can I get a price without a call?
For Cyber Essentials, yes: packages start at £320 + VAT and every price is published on our Cyber Essentials cost page. Cyber Essentials Plus, PCI DSS, ISO and penetration testing are quoted on scope, so we ask a few questions first and then send a fixed price.
What should I include in my enquiry?
The standard you have been asked for and who asked for it, your number of employees and sites, the systems or card channels in scope, any current certificate or Attestation of Compliance and its expiry date, and your deadline. Rough numbers are fine.
Do you work with organisations outside the UK?
Yes. We are headquartered in Accrington, Lancashire, with offices in Los Angeles, Singapore, Dubai and Dhaka, and we deliver PCI and ISO work internationally. Cyber Essentials is a UK scheme but is open to organisations anywhere.
